ALL Network Dpos Validator Node License Agreement
This Dpos Validator Node License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between [Your Name/Company Name] (the “Licensee”) and any individual or entity (the “Validator”) who wishes to operate a validator node on the Distributed Proof-of-Stake (Dpos) blockchain network (the “Network”). This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law.
License Grant:
a. The Validator hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, revocable license to operate a validator node on the Network, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
b. The Licensee acknowledges that the license granted herein is solely for the purpose of participating in the validation process on the Network and does not grant any ownership rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights related to the Network itself.
Code of Conduct:
a. The Validator agrees to abide by a code of conduct while operating the validator node. The following guidelines shall apply:
i. The Validator shall act honestly, ethically, and with integrity at all times.
ii. The Validator shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
iii. The Validator shall prioritize the security and stability of the Network.
iv. The Validator shall promptly update the validator node software to ensure compatibility and security.
v. The Validator shall not engage in any malicious activity, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or any other form of attack on the Network.
vi. The Validator shall maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of any user or transaction information obtained during the validation process.
vii. The Validator shall promptly report any suspicious or unethical behavior observed within the Network to the appropriate authorities.
Term and Termination:
a. This Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance by both parties and shall continue until terminated by either party.
b. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason with prior written notice to the other party.
c. Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease operating the validator node on the Network and return any information or materials related to the Network to the Validator.
Limitation of Liability:
a. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Validator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the operation of the validator node or the Network.
b. The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold the Validator harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the Licensee’s operation of the validator node or breach of this Agreement.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
By accepting this Agreement, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by its terms and conditions.
